Happy Thanksgiving! This year we had a quiet holiday with just the three of us enjoying Grant’s first turkey day. He obviously dressed for the occasion, and was ready to eat turkey right away.

We started the day by participating in the Columbus Turkey Trot 5-mile walk with Katie, Trevor & Laurel.

We were the last walkers across the starting line. Apparently such honor comes with a police escort!

Fortunately we made up some time during the walk and weren’t the last to cross the line.

Grant decided to sleep during the walk, but fortunately woke up for the last mile. He was very excited to check out his Turkey Trot finishers medal.
